Not satisfied with your order? No problem! You can return your items to us within 14 days. In principle, you can return all items that do not fit or that you like - but make sure that they are unworn.

Please be sure to include your order number so that we can assign your return to your order. You can use the delivery bill enclosed with your parcel or use the following form (PDF download).

We recommend that you have the return shipment insured to enable tracking. As soon as we have received your return, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days.

Exchange
Would you like to exchange an item? Simply place a new order in our online store and return the item you have already received. The refund will be made in the same way as the original payment.
