All work must be voluntary - forced or slave labor is strictly prohibited. All employees have the right to terminate their employment relationship at any time without pressure or threat. A written employment contract safeguards their rights and creates transparency.

All our partners are committed to complying with the recommendations of the International Labour Organization (ILO) Minimum age requirements must be observed. Young people under 18 years of age may only be employed if their health and safety are guaranteed.

Fair payment

Reasonable working hours
Working hours must comply with the law and may only exceed 48 hours per week in exceptional cases. Overtime is voluntary, limited to a maximum of 12 hours per week and every employee has at least one day off per week.
